Ok, Here's The Deal [Or Land Of The Wobbles Not Recognized By The U.N.]

The Weebles come from a place called Magik Fairy Land. This is not a place you want to be. It's sort of like the US in the '50s.
You travel to Magik Fairy Land by going through the enchanted forrest. (Finding the forest can sometimes be a trick, but it can usually be reached through the use of conventional chemicals. Then you find the door to Magik Fairy Land, present your key (I keep mine on a chain around my neck) and you are in the land of the Wobbles.
They are generally a sickeningly happy people. But lately they've been lobbying in the US Congress for things like decency. (Since The land of the Wobbles [where the Weebles live] is not officially been recognized by the UN, the US has been using it as a dumping ground for all kinds of nasty substances.)
There has also been quite a bit of talk about black helicopters above US airspace. To this day, the US Air Force has denied knoledge of Magik Fairy Land.
